Run and make a difference for women who once had hopes and dreams for their life, just like you and I, but whose dreams faded into a nightmare when they were forced, tricked and coerced into a life of modern day slavery. They are the victims of sex trafficking in Italy and they are trapped in the darkness of the deplorable commercial sex industry.

Dear Alba Ambassador,
Thank you for joining us for the 5th annual Alba Run For Recovery 2024!Our theme this year is “Support the Growth”.
Our pilot program opened its doors in February 2022. Since then the Alba team has rejoiced as 8 women have had the opportunity to choose true freedom through the Alba Safe House & Recovery Program. Now is the time for growth!
Currently we are using a small three bedroom apartment. Half of the living room is used as a dedicated office and recovery programming space. During the last year we have had to deny over ten women the possibility of entering our program at this time due to capacity limitations.
We want to welcome more courageous survivors who are taking the step towards healing and recovery. To do so we need a larger facility! More space will not only provide shelter for more participants in the program but also anon-site work training facility and classrooms for ongoing instruction. Come alongside us as we provide more opportunities for survivors to walk in freedom and victory!
