Dear Alba Ambassador,
Thank you for joining us for the 6th Annual Alba Run 4 Recovery! Your participation helps provide hope, healing, and a future for survivors of human trafficking.
Our pilot program opened its doors in February 2022. Since then, the Alba team has celebrated as eight courageous women have chosen to walk in freedom at the Alba Safe House & Recovery Program. Now is the time for growth!
Currently, we operate in a small three-bedroom, one bath apartment with a small kitchen big enough for one person at a time. The small living room is used as our programming space, dining room, workshop, counseling space, and office. Unfortunately, due to these space limitations, we have had to deny over fifteen women the opportunity to enter our program.
We need you!
We want to welcome more survivors and offer them the comprehensive care they deserve. A larger facility will allow us to:
• Provide Refuge: A comforting home for many more to come
• Enable Recovery: Holistic, personalized care in adequate spaces
• Support Restoration: Journeys of true value and identity discovered
• Foster Reintegration: New pathways to freedom
